Hopes for Senior Year
June 17, 2021
The Class of 2022 is entering their final year of high school in September. After suffering through junior year with masks and desk shields, we wanted to know what the rising senior class was looking forward to and what they hope changes.
Olivia Tozzi is excited to be the leaders of the school. She said, “We are going to be the oldest in the school and we are so used to being the younger ones so that will be cool.” She continued, “I’m used to looking up to the seniors now the underclassmen will be looking up to us.”
Robert Moreland, upcoming senior and varsity football player, says he hopes everything is back to how it was in the past years. He said, “I am hoping things are back to how they were in my first years in high school so my senior year can be one to remember.”
One thing that would make things normal is more people going to the games and not needing spectator pass. Danny Nags said, “I want more people at the games I play. Because when more people come, it’s more exciting and the atmosphere is better.”
When we enter the building as seniors on September 2nd, hopefully thing will be back to the way they were pre-Covid so we can have the best senior year.
