While she was there, she was announced runner-up for the School of The New York Times Photojournalism Contest. She is historian for WHB’s Rotary Interact Cub, a writer for Seascapes, a tenor saxophone player in pep-band, a singer in chamber choir, and you can catch her in the Theatre Department’s fall play Almost Maine and in the spring musical. Peyton hopes to attend a liberal arts college to major in English and minor in Communications-Journalism in hopes of becoming a successful journalist.
