The community of Westhampton Beach and the tourists that visit love when summer arrives for not only its beach but also its great town. Mambo Kitchen in Westhampton town is now reopened for its second year of expanding to a bigger restaurant on 103 Main Street. This is one of the community’s favorite places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at all times of the day. Not only do the people love the food but also the great service they provide for their customers. They are known for great feedback after enjoying anything at their place.  For July and August it will be open from 8am to 9pm everyday. For June, Sunday to Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday 8am to 9pm.

Mambo Kitchen is known for its ideal meals that keep people coming back for more. When asking Olga (the boss) what meals are the best sellers she states, “People are addicted to our crispy duck burgers but our organic beef hand-made burgers are also a huge seller.” The one thing people love about Mambo Kitchen is their crepes. Olga explains, “This year we moved our crepe operation into Mambo Kitchen and our customers are delighted to get their fix of sweet and savory crepes at the same times as getting a burger or sandwich.” On top of all the amazing food, Mambo Kitchen also serves great drinks. Olga states, “We are also known for having the best barista lattes in town serving the freshest Joe Coffee.  Furthermore, we are the only place in Westhampton Beach to get cold pressed juices and those were our most popular drinks last summer.”

Everyone is excited for the reopening of Mambo Kitchen. When asking Olga what she looks forward to about reopening Mambo Kitchen for the summer she explains, “Without a doubt seeing our local friends that come in as soon as we are open to tell us how much they missed us. Also, catching up with our great employees that keep coming back season after season. We are so lucky to have such a positive and hardworking team.” WHB town loves Mambo Kitchen and the great atmosphere. Olga adds, “Our customers are already begging us to stay open all year round and it looks like this season we are going to be busier than ever so we are looking for a few more energetic people to join the team. Mambo Kitchen is a great environment with the friendliest staff. Employees that work there love it and most of their faces come back each summer. After speaking with one of the newest employees Ella Troutman has great things to say about Mambo Kitchen. Troutman states, “Three weeks and it’s been a great three weeks.” Everybody has their favorite meal when they eat at Mambo Kitchen Troutman states “The veggie burger and/or the Nutella monkey crepe.” When asking Troutman what she was most excited for about starting her job she explains, “Learning a new skillset and getting to know the rest of the workers.” Working at Mambo Kitchen seems like a great job Troutman agrees, “Mambo Kitchen is a great restaurant with an incredible atmosphere and amazing staff. The environment itself is super cute and inviting and the food is delicious.”

This is one of people’s favorite places to eat in the summer. There are just great things to say about Mambo Kitchen. One of Mambo Kitchens favorite customer Abbie Elefterion tells us why. When asking Elefterion why she likes to eat here she states, “There stuff is pretty healthy and it’s really yummy.” Everybody has there everyday meal at his or her favorite restaurant including Abbie, “I love the dirty chai and the pesto Italian wrap is my favorite. I also love when they put samples out.” When asking Elefterion how she heard about Mambo Kitchen she explains “I hear about it from friends it got really popular.”
