The theme for this year’s National Foreign Language Week is “Foreign Languages: They Nourish the Brain.” It is celebrated nation-wide to promote awareness of the importance of knowing a foreign language in today’s society.
At WHBHS, from Monday through Friday facts about different languages and music will be provided to students
On Thursday March 7, there will be an event open for all students and staff in the cafeteria at 2:16pm, called “Foods of All Nations”. There is a suggested $1 donation for the Pancreatic Cancer Research F. Any student is welcome to participate/contribute, just see any Foreign language teacher.
The cafeteria is also is providing a special menu to celebrate the week.
